Ron Bockstahler
Member manager; began his career in the United States Marine Corp, where he earned enough money to attend college at Northern Illinois University. Following college graduation, Mr. Bockstahler embarked on a career in sales with IKON Office Solutions. Showing great promise and the ability to over-achieve sales goals, Mr. Bockstahler quickly advanced through the management ranks, ending his seven year career with IKON as the Vice President of Operations for the Southeast Region.
As the Vice President for the Southeast Region, Mr. Bockstahler’s responsibilities included the merging of several acquired companies, streamlining the reporting structure and reducing the workforce to increase operating profits. His accomplishments include the creation of standard operating procedures, site specific P&L’s, and performance standards to quantify effectiveness.

Immediately following his resignation from IKON, Mr. Bockstahler joined an International Facilities Management company as the Director of Operations for the Central United States. Mr. Bockstahler was responsible for the performance of all operations in the Central United States with revenues in excess of $72 million per year. Direct reports included the Human Resources Department, the Analytical Team, Administration and the Operating Group. Accomplishments include a client retention rate of 96%, annual growth rate of 32%, and an average operating profit margin of 18%.
As co-founder of Amata, LLC, Mr. Bockstahler oversees all operational and financial matters of the company. His comprehensive experience in new business development, long-term business growth, and the development of highly profitable sales organizations serves Amata well as the company continues to prosper and expand into new markets.
